We clearly understand how valuable is information nowadays and that is why we developed our own confidentiality maintenance measures.

The clients' information confidentiality measures, continuously undertaken by Kiev translation agency, include the following:

• Every staff member concludes confidentiality agreement with Kiev translation agency;
• Only checked and certified part-time specialist are hired for projects and confidentiality agreement is concluded with them;
• All documents, provided for translation in hard copy or by fax, are returned to client after translation project completion or eliminated with secrecy level 3 shredder;
• The documents provided in electronic formats and all translations are stored in protected electronic data base, which has no external access, and internal access is strictly limited;
• As soon as the project completed, all electronic and hard copies are eliminated at client's request;

Considering the abovementioned, we may guarantee confidentiality of information provided to us for translation.
